How “Fair Trade” are you really?

We aren’t just fans of the movement; we live it. Near & Fair is a proud member of BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Shops), meaning our supply chain is vetted to ensure artisans are paid fairly and work in safe conditions.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Absolutely, we reuse boxes and packaging where we can, even from other traders here in the market. When we purchase our own packing we try to use biodegradable or recyclable materials.

Can I collect my order from Trinity Market?

You certainly can! Select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout. It gives us a chance to say hello and gives you an excuse to grab a coffee at KarmaCorner.

What if my item arrives broken?

While we wrap things more securely than a mummy, accidents happen. Just drop Richard or Julie an email with a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund faster than you can say “Hull Old Town”.
