Can I apply diluted frankincense directly to my skin?
Yes — it’s already diluted in grapeseed oil and safe for direct use. Avoid eyes and sensitive areas. A patch test is still recommended.
Can I diffuse it?
It’s not recommended for water-based diffusers due to the carrier oil. However, it can be used in oil burners or on aromatherapy jewellery.
